Easy Mount 9 Hole Flange
Unlike 3 hole flanges that limit screw placement, HealthCraft’s innovative 9-hole Easy Mount flange design allows for greater mounting flexibility to structural studs.
No Rust
Stainless steel construction ensures that these grab bars will never rust. A simple wipe with a damp cloth is all that is required to maintain a clean attractive finish.
Powdercoated grab bars are an attractive option to enhance the already rust resistant properties of the stainless.
Concealed Screws

All HealthCraft grab bars meet or exceed the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Wall Clearance -
Distance between the rail and the wall is 1.5" (ADA compliant).

 The WingIts® Fastening System is recognized as one of the world's strongest fasteners. Installation costs can be reduced by up to 70%, while exceeding building codes and ADA requirements.
Installs Virtually Anywhere
WingIts® allows for grab bar placement virtually anywhere at any point of the building or remodeling process. Use WingIts® Fastening System for dry wall, tile, acrylic or fiberglass tub surrounds. Installs in approx. 15 minutes, often requires no blocking or wood studs, and eliminates the need to tear open & reconstruct walls.
Residential Installations
In residential installations, it is preferable to have blocking if you are installing into 1/2" dry wall. (WingIts® alone with 1/2" drywall will only hold up to 250 pounds). Installation into ceramic tile, tub surrounds and marble, do not require blocking and have an 800lbs weight capacity.
Commercial Facilities
With 5/8" sheet rock, common in commercial facilities, no blocking is needed. This means there is no need to tear open and reconstruct existing walls, saving time and money.
WingIts Grab Bar Fastening System will exceed building code criteria for grab bars in the following wall substrates:
5/8" drywall - painted or wallpapered.

1/2" or 5/8" drywall with tub surrounds.

1/2" or 5/8" drywall with tile, marble and all stone.

1/2" or 5/8" drywall with any panel types including fiberglass, faux marble, acrylic and plastics.

Multiple layers of drywall.

Plaster and lath.

1/4" acrylic / fiberglass surrounds.

1/4" acrylic / tub surrounds.

All masonry typeboards, with or without panels.
NOTE: Never install any fasteners into wet or deteriorating walls! Do not install WingIts into bare 1/2" drywall when attempting to meet commercial building codes.
FOR MAXIMUM SAFETY AND TO MEET ADA REQUIREMENTS, GRAB BARS SHOULD BE INSTALLED HORIZONTALLY 32-36" / 81-91cm FROM THE FLOOR.
Tools Required for Installation: regular & phillips screwdriver, drill, measuring tape, hammer or rubber mallet, 1/4" drill bit or punch, 1-1/4" carbide hole saw.

Waterproof Seal
3M VHB adhesive tape creates a waterproof sealed between the flange and the wall.
Clearance
Once inserted, each wing assembly will spring open to approx. 2-3/4" diameter. To ensure adequate clearance, a stud finder should be used to verify that there are NO STUDS within the area that the WingIt will be installed.
