I have been dealing with Accessible Environments, Inc. for over 5 years as a provider for my accessible shower pans as well as other related products.  I have been thoroughly content with their professionalism, expertise, and friendliness.  I first came across them via the internet without any knowledge on installing a barrier free pan.  The president himself at that time, Earl Weis took my hand step by step through the process and I have established a working relationship ever since.  As with any construction there are unforeseen “glitches” that occur.  Accessible Environments, Inc. has helped me through many construction complications that have popped up where I may have not known anywhere else to turn.  As with anything else, one stays with a service and product that they are comfortable with.  I wouldn’t think of dealing with anyone other than Accessible Environments, Inc.

I wanted to take this time to express my thanks and gratitude to you, your company and the manufacturer of our RH4 bathtub with a door.  The customer service was great from placing the order, to shipping and also some help on installation procedures for the RH4 in my home. My wife has MS and this was the reason for the purchase.  She has found a new freedom with this unit. This may not seem like such a big deal to some of us, however for her it's just that.  Again, we thank you and your company.

It was really funny that I opened your email at this time. My husband and I were just talking about a delivery that we got today from a lumber yard that was damaged, dirty and down right unacceptable. That delivery should never have left their yard. How the companies have lost pride in what they do. We have been in business for 24 years, and you would think companies we have dealt with would be getting better. And then, I opened your email and we were so happy that there are still companies out there who care about what they sell and who they sell it to. Everything has been great. (Robin was and is a very good sales person with knowledge of your products). The shower is installed and the people are very happy with everything. Thank you for everything and we will keep you in mind for future jobs.

We actually received the 854 walk in tub ahead of schedule and are pleased by the product. The tub was in perfect shape after shipping. Making it work in an original 75 year old bathroom is a challenge. The tub is installed and some follow-up transitional tile work will be done in a few days. The plumber tested the product and it holds water well. My father is looking forward to relaxing in it and anticipates getting good use of it for years as he shoots for his 90th birthday.

We did a lot of research and found your walk in tub as the only one that is feasible for a functional transition with an average bathroom with a standard tub and standard door width. Other brands are generally too short, too wide and much taller which means major problems to fit through a doorway.

We are extremely pleased with our new 954 model tub with a door.  We are especially pleased with the door and ease of getting in and out. I also love the whirlpool.  The tub was delivered in a timely manner and my contractor had no trouble installing the tub. We also purchased the tub doors and love them also.  Several people who have seen our bathroom like the tub and it would please me to recommend your company to them as we were very pleased with your service.  We were also very impressed with your web site because it was very user friendly.  Thank you.
