On July 23rd, 2010, Attorney General Eric Holder signed final regulations revising the Justice Department’s ADA regulations. The new revisions will require pools, wave pools, lazy rivers, kiddie pools and spas to have accessible means of entry/exit for people with disabilities.

Commercial facilities will be required to become compliant by March 15, 2012 - the law goes into effect March 15, 2011 and compliance is required by March 15, 2012.  There is an upcoming push on ADA Compliance - order your ADA Compliant lift from us now!
