This shower pan has a center drain. It has a finished surface of sanitary-grade polyester Gelcoat. This unit comes with the Easy Base self sustaining bottom. It complies with IPC, ANSI 124.2, NAHB, and UPC. The pan has an outside dimension of 60” x 49” x 4 ½”. The unit has a 1 1/8” sloped entry curb for wheelchair accessibility without recessing. There is an approximate 4 business day production lead time plus delivery time to your location. (Some accessory items will have a 2 to 3 week lead time).
