The So-Lo addresses the changing needs of the baby boomer generation while answering demands in the construction industry for an accessible regular sized bathtub.
The So-Lo is a combination acrylic bathtub/shower. For new installations or installations where space allows, we offer the So-Lo with Heated Shower Deck which provides a heated seating area for those who wish to sit while bathing or showering.
Versatile design for a tub with door for use in residential settings, enriched retirement facilities, or adult and senior housing facilities where tenant needs are diverse and change over time. This walk in tub is available with either a right or left drain. Drain is available in left or right - door is located on opposite side of tub from the drain as shown in display. So-lo is open on each end and back, requiring alcove style installation.
The So-Lo is shipped in a wooden crate and shipping weight is 220 lbs. Approximate Weight of So-Lo is 180 lbs.
Water Capacity for the So-Lo is 50 gallons (to fill – empty). What it would be with a person in it would depend on the size of the individual and the depth required.
The So-Lo measures 32"W X 18"H x 59.5"L. It comes with Safety Seat constructed high density polyethylene.

Photo display shows tub with left drain Note: Please check your hallways, doorways and any other space limitations you may have when considering the purchase of a walk in tub. Make sure you can get the tub into the area it is going and that it will fit in its designated space. It is best to confer with the contractor doing the remodel to make sure the unit you pick will work for your situation. Make sure the tub inside dimensions are adequate for the user of the tub.
